Gallery Information

Our gallery is located in historic Saratoga Springs, NY, where the battle of Saratoga took place in 1777 in which Polish General Tadeusz Kosciuszko participated. We are within easy driving distance of New York City, Boston, Montreal and most of New England.

We offer paintings by renowned Polish/Jewish/Ukrainian artists of 19th and 20th century. The gallery is open by appointment only. Please call us at (518) 583-4487 for an appointment or E-mail  us.

Wladimir de Terlikowski (1873-1951)

A well known Polish painter who lived in France, one of the creators of Ecole de Murols. His unusual use of the palette knife rather than a brush captured subtle effects of light, shade and form in a vivid, impressionistic way. Our selection of the works of Terlikowski include still lifes, landscapes and portraits.

Chaim Goldberg (1917-2004)

Our gallery is proud to present the art of Chaim Goldberg, well known painter, engraver and sculptor who's mission in life was to depict everyday life in the Jewish shtetl -- as he remembered it before the nightmare of the holocaust engulfed Eastern Europe.. His paintings vividly portray scenes such as  religious holidays, the traditional wedding ceremony, and the colorful market scenes. Our large  selection of the works of Chaim Goldberg include oil paintings, watercolors, engravings and lithos.

Judyta (Jehudith) Sobel (1924- )

Listed Polish artist living in the USA. Studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Lodz under W. Strzeminski. Our large selection of her works include still lifes, landscapes and portraits.

Exhibit "Polish Landscapes" from  the collection of Polish Fine Art will take place during July and August 2010 in the gallery of the National Bottle Museum in Ballston Spa, NY. The opening reception is scheduled for July 3, 2010 from 7:00PM  to 10:PM.
